Alex came out for HVAC maintenance from Andy Lewis Heating & Air and the experience was excellent. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the current condition of the system. He also identified an issue that needed attention and walked me through it in a very transparent way. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer all my questions. Great service overall. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a maintenance plan with Andy Lewis for many years but the technician, Trey, who came out today was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and thorough specialist we’ve ever worked with. He was so exceptional that we’re requesting to take our maintenance plan to the home we’re building and requesting him to be our technician whenever possible. A big thanks to Andy Lewis and especially to Trey for keeping our HVAC in tip top condition and protecting one of our most valuable investments!

I signed up for a maintenance plan by in February. The first appointment I could get was July 9th for a SPRING service (nothing available in April, May or June). I took the day off on July 9th. On July 9th at 3:14PM I received a text that they won't be coming because they don't have the technicians available and I could reschedule a time in a month or two. What good is a maintenance plan you PAY FOR when you can't get the service you are paying for? And zero notice when I had to take a day off work for this. The employee that came out in February was very nice and professional and knew his stuff, but I can't wait 6 months for a maintenance visit - which would be time for maintenance for the fall/winter and I didn't even get maintenance in the Spring. Is that how this works? You pay for a maintenance plan and then actually NEVER get any maintenance because they don't have technicians available - sounds like a scam. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, the lack of availability for ANY technician to come for the service at ANY TIME over a 4 month time period. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Additionally, they were completely unapologetic on the telephone.

We always have a great experience with Andy Lewis. Always. They’ve replaced a unit for us after a lightening strike took it out. Always professional. Always friendly. Always willing to educate us so we know what’s going on. Ransom is of many friendly professional techs. He was in and out, figured out our problem and solved it quickly. AC is back on and we are a happy family!

Andy Lewis- technician Bryson provides exceptional care and service. My home had been HOT 🥵 and although frustrating I’m actually glad it happened because I got a technician that actually made me feel good about trusting their service. Bryson not only resolved the issue, I signed up for a service plan primarily because of his professionalism, thorough and honest communication on my issues. Thank you for all you do. Being a homeowner you often fall victim to many people either over selling you or taking advantage of your ignorance on a matter. Bryson gave me confidence that there are still honest people that care about the people they serve. Keep up the outstanding work!💫
