Jason and his team installed a new Bosch heat pump system for me last fall. Jason was thorough, responsive, and easy to work with, and his pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. It's clear that he employs knowledgeable and professional staff -- a full team of installers arrived at my house on the install day, did a walkthrough, and efficiently divided up the tasks to be completed. The quality of their work (return and ductwork modification along with the unit installation) was solid. After the install, they emailed me all of the information required for the federal tax rebate and for the utility's rebate. They even proactively sent someone out a couple months later to replace a panel on the unit that had been (superficially) damaged in shipping. I guess it was just bothering them! The Bosch unit itself has been an incredible upgrade over the 22 y/o Rheem AC with propane heat pack that it replaced. Based on the last 10 months of data, my unit will pay for itself in about 8 years due to the cost savings of electric heat compared to propane, as well as the higher efficiency of the unit. On top of that, it's also MUCH quieter. I'll continue to use and recommend ACS for my HVAC needs, especially for installation and service on Bosch equipment.
We called on a very hot Sunday a tech came out in about an hour’s time, fixed our air conditioner that we rent currently rent as an Airbnb. Extremely satisfied. It was an after hours call but well worth it Thank You………
This is a wonderful local company. It's a pleasure to do business with them after the frustration of using one of the big companies that was always trying to upsell on every visit. ACS arrives on time, uses very polite and helpful people, and charges a fair fee for service.
I’ve used American Comfort Solutions for years. They have completed several repairs as well as regular servicing of the system. I find them to communicate well, arrive on time, and have fair pricing.
Terrible experience. After a routine maintenance check, condensation backed up and dripped on my ceiling and ate through the drywall. Technicians came out and remedied the issue, but they never sent called me to tell me what the issue was or send over notes for a repair order. All i asked was for the technician to call me back and just let me inow what happened, they said he would call, multiple times, and never did. Then i just asked for a work order to detail the work completed, they tried to send it but they had issues with my email or sent it but I never got it, etc. and when I finally received the work order, the notes had one sentence in it and had no details…. Called back and spoke to Jason the owner, who apologized and said he meant to call me about issue and said he would like to take care of the damaged ceiling. They never followed up and whenever I ask about the ceiling everyone tells me to talk to Jason who seems to always be busy.
