I made the right call when I contacted American Comfort. They helped me quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The technician, Shannon, was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand. I was surprised to learn that he wasn't an owner because he surely carried himself that way. Excellent customer service from the moment they answered the phone and I am thankful.

Travis and his crew could not have been more helpful and kind. Our 22 year old unit went out during triple digit temperatures, and therefore the whole system had to be replaced. We were trying our hardest to keep the house as cool as we could with box fans and a window unit for our animals. Travis came out on I believe a Monday (same day as call, how incredible is that) and had the new unit installed by Thursday, he even loaned us an additional portable a/c unit to help us keep the house as cool as it could be. That was incredibly generous and made such a massive difference during this heatwave for our pets. ACS worked with our budget and was super responsive. We really appreciate and enjoyed working with the team, and excited that we have an awesome HVAC guy so we can keep our new unit functioning smoothly from here on out! Thank you American Comfort Service and we highly recommend them to anyone!

Had an excellent experience with Travis and the American Comfort team. Needed a heat pump replaced, and after receiving several quotes I wasn’t satisfied with, I got in touch with Travis who was super professional and transparent. Was very fair on price with a very reputable brand. Crew did an A+ job of installation and Travis personally made sure everyone was in perfect working order. would highly recommended to others in the area!

American Comfort Services tackled for us the removal of 2 dead AC units affecting our second floor house and the installation of one big efficient unit. This all took place in our hot as hell, messy as hell attic during a terrible heatwave. The American Comfort techs were such troopers, never complaining, always positive and helpful. It was such a big job it took two days and the owner Travis helped both days. We won't call anyone else to help us with our next projects. Totally reasonable and honest.

Our AC suddently stopped working. We had 2 other companies tell us that we needed a new AC unit. Considering our unit was that old I wanted a 3rd opinion. Shannon from American Comfort came out and assessed that we only neeeded a new capacitor on our system. Shannon was very knowledgable, engaging, friendly and professional. He fixed it right on the spot!! Highly recommended!
