The team at Allied is fantastic..... Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, timely and a pleasure to work with. The President, Jeffery Shue, completed a thorough evaluation of my home and promptly generated a proposal with recommendations to optimize our heating and air efficiency. He was also on the job throughout install ensuring everything was going smoothly. Jonathan Shields was instrumental in the install and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. He could not have been more friendly and professional....always taking time to make sure we were at peace with how the system works and ensuring our satisfaction. I interfaced with a total of 4 employees at my home from Allied and the entire team is top notch. The administrative staff is also terrific and their follow up is great. Highly recommend this group to anyone in the market.
This company is amazing. I called today because my mom's AC went out and we received a quote from a different company saying we needed a new compressor. We didn't believe it so we called Allied because of the great reviews I saw. They squeezed us in on the same day to take a look at the problem. Within an hour and a small and reasonable fee to reprogram the thermostat, Mike from Allied had the AC working great again. We are extremely happy and I would give 6 stars if I could. We saved over $4,000 by calling Allied. We will never call anywhere else and we will enter a maintenance contract as well with them due to their quick and honest work! Thank you Allied!!!
BJ was great. He was right on time, communicated well during his visit and really knows his stuff. In inspecting our system, he answered my semi-technical questions, explained the pros and cons of our existing system and gave us an estimate of it's remaining life. All in terms that non-HVAC people like us could easily understand. I've hired Allied Aire for some duct work in the house and had an equally good experience with that.
I just wanted to say that your technicican Jonathan was polite and professional and honest. People like that are hard to find. Best service I had in a long time. I wouldnt have anyone else work on my A/C. (Pricing a bit high in my opinion.)
Allied Aire Kimberly Keene and Mike Peterson and the whole system are fantastic!! They keep you posted the whole way. I appreciate the updates and the concise and clear information given. Mike is a great guy. He’s very respectful and thoughtful when he comes into your home. He also has a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems. I’ve been with them for the last three years and I have nothing but great things to say!
