I had an excellent experience with Airtron thanks to Jon Saxton. He is, by far, the best technician who has ever serviced my home. Jon was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. One thing I especially appreciated was that he shared photos and videos of the issue, walked me through what was causing the problem, and then explained exactly what he did to fix it. That level of communication and transparency gave me a lot of confidence and made the entire process easy to understand. What stood out the most was his professionalism and kindness. He listened to my concerns, reassured me that the issue could be fixed, and followed through on that promise. His confidence, expertise, and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind throughout the entire service. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service, but Jon certainly does. I highly recommend him and Airtron is fortunate to have such an exceptional technician on their team! (please recognize Jon for his outstanding service, he truly deserves it)
I received great service from Airtron. Erick C. was so professional and courteous. He arrived early and took the time to explain exactly what was needed and why. He kept the work area clean and was respectful of my home. I would definitely recommend Airtron to friends in the area.
After almost 13 years we had to replace our AC unit. We had a great experience! Barry was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure the process was quick and easy. Chris and Erik F. did the install and they were fantastic! They were so nice and do excellent work. All 3 are assets to the company. We would definitely use them again in the future!
From start to finish, my experience with Airtron was excellent. Erica, who handled scheduling, was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain how their services work. She made the entire process smooth and easy from the very beginning. John Forrester was the technician who came out to inspect both our furnace and the outside HVAC unit. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He listened carefully to my questions and walked me through what he was checking and why. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Airtron for their responsiveness, expertise, and excellent customer service.
