Deron and Chris went above and beyond to get my air handler fixed today. They worked really hard on an extremely hot day longer than anyone expected and got the job done right. Highly recommended! This company is great to work with.
Devon and Ethan from Air Specialties provided an excellent service experience. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Both were polite, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. In addition to completing the maintenance service, they took the time to recommend a part replacement that would help the HVAC system run more efficiently. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about these guys! I originally contacted them for a quote on a new unit. But after explaining my situation to Tom, their sales guy, who was exceptionally helpful and kind, he recommended I get a second opinion on the repai. I conceded and had them come out. Dan and his colleague came out. After they checked my unit over, Dan recommended a repair versus a replacement. The repair didn't go as planned but Dan saw it through to the end and truly went over and beyond to get my air conditioning working. I highly recommend these guys!
Andrew and Deron tag teamed and did an amazing job. I have two units I cleaned checked everything showed me where I could order filters on Amazon cheaper than I could get them anywhere else. I took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why not to mention they were so courteous and respectful Of my home while they were in it. I have a little dog that barks. They were so gracious to her. We’ve been using air specialist for three years now they came highly recommended by the previous owner of our home. And they do not disappoint. They’re very faithful about scheduling maintenance around the times that work for me. They’re very well trained employees and I love how personable they are.
The installation folks were outstanding. They took the time to explain what we should expect. As the project moved along they shared what they were doing and what to expect. From the beginning with the quoting process to install completion the experience was incredible. Thanks to all!
