Absolutely outstanding service. I reached out by text and got a response almost immediately. He was able to come out within just a few hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our AC fixed and running again the same day. His pricing was extremely fair, and he was honest, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone this responsive, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend him.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Jim come out for a second opinion after another company recommended replacing our older A/C unit and didn’t even carry the Freon that we needed (R22). Instead, he evaluated it thoroughly and refilled it with 4 pounds of R22, due to a leak. Apparently fixing the leak may cost like $3k-$4k-so we did not due that this visit. Jim was direct, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I genuinely felt like he was trying to help us get the most life out of our current unit rather than sell us something we weren’t sure we needed. It’s our first summer in this house and the new systems/electronics have about half or one third of the lifespan of ones nowadays so we prefer an older unit if feasible. Jim explained that we’ll monitor how long the refrigerant lasts and go from there, which seemed like a practical and honest approach. We’ll definitely call again when we need HVAC service.
5 Star Service!!! Ski responded quickly and got my unit working again within 10 minutes. Very professional, affordable pricing and gave me great information to maintain my unit. Highly recommend Ski and his company!
Jim did excellent work, took time to research a tricky situation and educated me when I had questions. Very fair pricing and saved us a good amount of money. 10/10 recommend
James came out and fixed /replaced parts that a previous person/company messed up. He corrected a mess. James was a huge help and explained everything thoroughly. He also saved me money. I can not thank him enough! James knows his stuff and is honest and very down to earth. I am so thankful. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I am a single mom and an veteran teacher, and others tend to take advantage. James does not. I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you James for all you did! You are a blessing! 10+ Stars!!!!
