Accu-Rite has been great to work with. Dakota does excellent work, is very friendly and had our AC back up and running with in an hour of being here. The office personnel are also very friendly and helpful. They always make the best effort to get your system back up and running as quickly as they can. Thank you for the great service! FYI repaired our burned up fan motor and module on AC unit.
If only there was 10 stars available... I'm not even sure where to start with this review. I'm typically not speechless. From the moment I spoke to Matthew on the phone I knew Accu-Rite was special. He listened carefully about our AC, all the issues we have had since last year, and our very fragile circumstances of our terminally ill daughter Gabby. Matthew was out the very next day to do a 2 hour check over. It was agreed we needed a new system and fast! With the temperatures reaching over 85 in the house, Gabby was in trouble. Matthew and his team was out 2 days later with our new system. Himself, Jim, and Aiden was not only professional, they were kind and considerate of our circumstances. They let us know if something loud or smelly was about to happen so we could take the needed precautions! They didn't leave until every single little thing worked perfectly! They treated us more like family instead of just a client. I would recommend this amazing company to anyone I know! They really went over and beyond! Mr. Mike Lane, I know you must be extremely proud of the legacy you're building. Also, so proud of the people you have working with such integrity and compassion! Accu-Rite is top notch! I’ve been using them for over 10 years, and I’m never disappointed. My technician, Dakota, is always fantastic — he’s friendly, professional, and most importantly, efficient. I’ve found all of their technicians to be extremely trustworthy, and that makes all the difference when choosing an HVAC company. I highly recommend Accu-Rite for their excellent service and reliability.
Josh solved the problem and was totally open and honest with the cost estimate. He gave me the option to repair it myself after he disclosed the problem which I appreciated very much. I had him complete the repair and I'm very satisfied with his work
Dakota did an excellent job. He quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what was wrong and what may have caused it. He was very thorough in his work, fixed the problem efficiently, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
