Came out within about 4 hours to fix a broken capacitor on my AC unit. Problem was resolved within an hour, and it's great to have my house dropping below 90° again. Drew Calderon was the one who came to fix it, and he was wonderful to work with. Answered all of my (purely curious) questions, fixed the problem quickly, and laid out the costs in a way that left me feeling like I'd gotten a great value. The price listed also included two full PMs over the next 12 months.

I want to give a huge thank you to James for the excellent service he provided today while fixing our heating furnace. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. His honest, trustworthy approach put us totally at ease and gave us confidence in both the repair and the recommendations he provided. Because of the great experience, we also went ahead and purchased a one-year maintenance plan with absolutely no pressure. If James is your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend using AC Today for all your heating and air needs! James and the AC Today team helped us out when we were in a pinch and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Even though they were swamped with other calls, they found a way to show up, diagnose the issue, and replace the unit within 24 hours. I also have to mention that they helped us set up the new system and even wore protection over their shoes to keep our floors clean! Highly recommend using AC Today!
