On 2/03/26 I called my home warranty Co. when my washing machine stopped spinning and agitating. They put me through to A Tech, and scheduled an appointment a week later which coordinated with my availability. The techician said he was going to need to have another technician come out and maybe drag the washing machine onto the porch. Strange, but okay, I don't know the first thing about fixing a washing machine. I waited and waited... Finally, almost a month later I had to call to ask what was going on. They said they'd send another technician. About another week went by, and another technician came through. He said he needed to order a part and trash talked the first technician. And then I had to wait again. Almost a month later, I called back and Jonathan, over the phone said he'd have to order the part. ( I'm thinking, you haven't ordered the part yet?!!) So okay i'm waiting again. A few weeks later, technician number two comes back with the correct part. The machine seems to be working. A few weeks later, I do multiple loads in a row, only to discover that washing machine is now leaking underneath when I do two or more loads. I called my warranty company to find out that A Teck had not even closed the service order months later. It's 6/09/26 today and they are sending the request to another company. I know mistakes happen once, twice... but as long as i've had to wait and as many times as someone has come out.... tragic. Technician 2 was very brush off and not very polite. I wouln't have minded that if he did the job right. And Jonathan, I who took my calls, was polite but he rarely called back like he said he would. And that's no fun to have to call back the next day and say I thought you said you were gonna call me back yesterday... I hate to leave a bad review, but it's an honest review.
A Tech Repair did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher. Although, my plumbing was challenging, they resolved the problem and were able to complete the job in an efficient amount of time. They even hauled away my old dishwasher. I highly recommend them to install appliances. Thank you!
Daryl and another technician repaired my parents gas stove burner. They were friendly, polite, patient, and professional. When asked why the repair was needed, Daryl took the time to explain why the piece wasn't working properly. They had to spend additional time putting the deep drawer (under the stove top) back on it's track. Once they left, we realized the slow, close drawer wasn't closing properly. We asked them to come back inside and without complaint or hesitation they returned inside and worked until the drawer closed successfully. Thank you for you help.
Prompt service, and the technicians explained their diagnosis in a way that made me comfortable and confident in their fix. They reached out to me proactively once they had the necessary part in stock and had it installed the next day. Would definitely recommend!
