Maria and her team were wonderful! They communicated with me every step of the process—from scheduling and invoicing to the cleaning itself. This was a move-out cleaning for a 4-bedroom, 3½-bath home that a senior couple had lived in for 25 years. Maria sent sparkling-clean photos of every room when they were finished, and the house looked almost like a brand-new home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and fair pricing. I hired Texas Elegant Cleaning to clean up a home that had been neglected for a couple of years. They did an outstanding job — the difference was night and day. I’m now moving on to the renovation phase and plan to bring them back once that’s complete. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail, and results. Highly recommend!
Do not use if you are a business. The owner does not understand the concept of working with a business and the accounting process behind it. There are procedures for adding a new vendor to your business and she does not understand. She sent me an invoice for the first apartment I had cleaned for my property with the due date of that day. I explained to her AGAIN how it works and we will have to set her up as vendor and accounting will cut the check. She then emailed me every single day because the invoices were "past due". Only to find out that she was not able to provide the correct COI for 2 additional days. Once set up as a proper vendor she then asked for payment within 2 days. Do your self a favor and do not use this company if you are a business.
Hired them to do a deep cleaning for move out, they did an amazing job. From the fridge to the floor boards it was perfect. Now I use them every other week at an affordable price and the girls have done amazing. Would recommend to everyone.
