Ashley was absolutely outstanding. She arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and paid attention to every detail throughout the deep cleaning. Before she started, she took the time to explain exactly what she was going to do, and she followed every instruction I gave her perfectly. This company is wonderful. The cleaning speaks for itself - every room, every floor, all the counters and mirrors and windows and bedding etc thoroughly cleaned - it’s like a brand new home to come home to after they service. Furthermore, they make personal touches. Daaliyah is so sweet - she’s great with our young daughters and pets and always leaves us a note at the end wishing us well and thanking us. It’s a pleasure having her in our home. Grateful for ya’ll.
I would highly recommend Naturalcare Cleaning Service. The team was very helpful and easy to work with for scheduling. Jennifer and Megan were both so kind and did a fantastic job cleaning our rental which we received from the landlord in pretty rough shape. Their attention to detail and thorough job made us feel much more comfortable in the home. They were also very kind to our pup who can be shy around new people. We are planning to use their services any time we need in the future.
