It was such great service!! They cleaned every area in my house so well. I loved the special touch they gave to my beds, linens and pillows. Even my beds that were made they touched them up to make them look like a hotel made bed. I loved the way the folded my throws on the couch and placed them so neatly. My pillows were placed nicely as well. The carpets were vacuumed so well. I will be using their services again and requesting the same team.
Lovely, detailed service. I've tried two other popular housecleaning services in Houston as well and came back to More Hands. I love the little touches they leave -- they even arrange my son's stuffed animals in his crib. It makes coming home so pleasant and it has taken a load off myself and my husband. I like the option to add deep cleaning services (eg cleaning the fridge, the patio) when we are particularly busy. Very happy with our team Barbara M and Lenda P.
Nidia and Yuliza did a move out clean for my apartment today and they did incredible. We have two dogs, so the dog hair manages to get everywhere. By the time they were done you wouldn't even know two dogs lived there for two years! Very happy with this service and will def use them again in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about MoreHands. We have used them for years and never had an issue. They not only do a wonderful job but they go above and beyond. I frequently come home to the ends of our paper towels and toilet paper fashioned into little bows, which is such a cute little detail. There are times when they not only deep clean, but they do some light (and much-needed) organizing that is greatly appreciated. Beyond doing a thorough, detailed cleaning, their administrative office is really easy to communicate with via text and the app, which is convenient. I could not be happier with MoreHands. They make my life so much easier and the days I come home after they have been by are like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!
I have used More Hands to clean my home for a year now. Overall, a very positive experience. Multiple employees show up and clean all 3 floors within 2 hours or so. Only once did I have a minor issue and the company quickly called me to address it. I appreciate the business model in which they support their employees and their families.
