I was amazed at work the two lady's that came to our home performed!! I give them an A ++, im a very OCD person & could not fid a single area they missed. I highly recommend Molly Maids for your cleaning needs. Very professional & Wow, your home will be like new again!!
They quoted me $288 over the phone, but charged $420 at the door. They charge hourly, but worked SO SLOWLY. They cleaned one small bathroom and one empty room, but left the kitchen, living room, and windows virtually untouched. This felt like a scam, through and through. They are highly rated, but this was the worst cleaning service I've ever received by far. This wasn't half the job they promised; I spoke with Chris over the phone, and he constantly tried to argue that the workers cleaned better than I was claiming (despite me having photos which he called "concerning"). He also attempted to gaslight me regarding the deal I made over the phone. I have over a dozen photos that look like the ones below. Do not trust this service. Edit from owner response: To help you with your own records, it was Invoice 8801 & APPROVAL 03255B. As I mentioned in my review, I spoke with your representative over the phone multiple times. How appropriate that your response similarly tries to dodge responsibility.

I was gifted this service for Mother's Day...and caregiver appreciation. I was so excited for the ladies to arrive this morning. Id gone over with the estimator the day prior regarding our special needs daughter and sensory and smell sensitivity but they did great 👍 she is excited her room is so clean and cozy. I couldn't keep up with the caregiving plus the daily housekeeping. The DEEP CLEAN is amazing 👏 Thank you!!!
The cleaning ladies are very nice and they usually do a great job. I am always a bit nervous because we have had some destructive issues mainly broken threads in upholstery fabric but overall we like them. I do think they charge too much— the fee works out to more than $50 an hour. But I definitely recommend them, unless you can find a trustworthy individual for less money.
