I had such a great experience with Molly Maid! The team # 3 “Claudia Marleny” went above and beyond my expectations — everything was spotless, fresh, and organized better than I could have imagined. They were professional, thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s such a relief to come home to a perfectly clean space, and I’ll definitely be using their services again. I’ve already started recommending them to friends and family. Highly impressed and very grateful for their amazing work!

Amy, the CSR, and her cleaners, Josefa & Rosa, were an absolute delight to work with. I can’t recommend their services enough. The entire process was simple and seamless, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. I’ll definitely be using Molly Maid from here on out!

I had a great experience with this cleaning service and really appreciated the level of professionalism and care shown throughout the process. The owner went out of her way to accommodate my daughter’s schedule so her apartment could be cleaned at a time that worked best for her, which made the whole situation much less stressful. What impressed me most was her commitment to customer satisfaction. When part of the service wasn’t quite up to expectations initially, she responded right away and made sure the issues were corrected almost immediately. That level of accountability and follow-through is rare and shows that she truly cares about the quality of her work and the happiness of her clients. Because of her responsiveness, flexibility, and dedication to making things right, I would definitely recommend her cleaning service to others. Molly Maid did an incredible thorough job in cleaning my home from top to bottom including removing grime that had been there for a couple of months since the last cleaning. I am very appreciative of the patience and the work, and their diligence since sometimes cleaners do a rush job. The first cleaning was very very expensive but perhaps that’s due to it being the first time. Overall good experience.
