Molly Maid is the first time I have used a professional cleaning service. I was very pleased with the team led by Jennifer. The ladies did an initial first-time cleaning of my entire home top to bottom, which included baseboards, plantation shutters, etc. They were courteous, friendly and professional! I now plan to use Molly Maid on a biweekly basis. Also, the communication worked well…I was kept informed with reminders about my upcoming service and the arrival time. Also, I appreciated Marie who came to my home before the service to review everything with me. Everyone has unique needs and expectations, but Molly Maid worked well for me!
Molly Maids has been our cleaner for many years now and we’ve been a happy customer since! All of their teams do an amazing job at making our house shine. Their customer service team are also rockstars as well and are always extra communicative to our needs. Big shout out to Team #17 (Joselyn, Yurima, and Valeria) for making our house extra sparkle today! They went above and beyond making our house clean and tidy— it made my entire week! Not impressed. After 30 min of fixing our blinds that they almost broke I was not happy with the service. Then we find they damaged the paint in the window casings trying to clean the blinds from banging them around. This is frustrating because we just spent $100k remodeling and painting the entire place. The place is only 1,000 sq/ft They’re just not professional.
I booked Molly Maid on July 3rd and was pleased with the service. We had a new floor installed downstairs and dust was every where including upstairs. This was a deep clean. They did a great job! The price depends on the size of your house and what you need done. It was a bit pricey but I needed it done and I couldn't have done it myself. My team was Eva Y Maria #36. I recommend this team!
Team 27 Diana and Angel did a wonderful job and were extremely quick. They were very attentive. As usual, my house is looking amazing and smelling fresh!! I want to be my regular team.
