After experiencing multiple issues in consecutive cleanings, I no longer have confidence in the quality control of this company. The initial deep clean I received was horrible. Dusting is supposed to be included in the service, yet our blinds were still half covered with dust, and our leather couch had not been properly cleaned either. The problems continued afterward…..small things here and there that I decided not to mention because we’re all human and make mistakes. However, during my most recent cleaning, an entire room was missed. When customers are paying for a service, they should not have to inspect their home afterward to determine what was or wasn’t cleaned. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the cleaning crew had broken one of our custom walnut blinds. Rather than informing us, they wedged the broken piece back into the blind, apparently hoping no one would notice. Due to repeated problems, I requested a refund for the missed room and canceled all future cleanings. To make matters worse, the company has refused to provide any discount or compensation for the missed room. They auto pulled the money out of my bank account. I had hoped for a better experience, but the lack of attention to detail, inconsistent service, and unwillingness to make things right have left me very disappointed.

I can’t recommend enough the services provided by Yuliza y Margarita. They came in very punctual and they went above and beyond with their services. They took care of our house while que are preparing to receive our newborn! Thank you so much ladies for your hard work and your incredible work!!! We are more than happy!!

The girls did a fantastic job! I requested a last-minute cleaning when another company canceled, and Maids & Moore accommodated me. The kitchen was in bad shape and I wasn’t sure it could get that clean, but they made it happen. I’m 100% pleased!!

Gabby and Carla came today for a deep clean. My house looks brand new. They even cleaned the doors and door sills to my surprise. My whole house smells great. I don’t want to touch anything!!!
