Hands down one of the most experienced cleaning companies out there. They truly believe in deep cleaning, and their customer service team is 100% on board. They also have a dedicated quality team: ours is Mrs, Aqua, and she’s great!
We loved our service from Maid Brigade! My partner and I work long hours, with multiple pets in a small apartment, and need all the help we can get, especially when it comes to deep cleaning. We found the service to be totally worth the price, and love that they use natural cleaning products. They were very communicative before our service and I felt my home was in good hands. Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston has been and still is one of the best cleaning services that I have used. And will continue to use. I even referred my neighbor and she loved the professional and thorough cleaning. I have used their move out, move in, deep cleaning, and monthly cleaning services. Each step the cleaning was outstanding and done with a lot of attention to detail. Aqua and her team are phenomenal! I highly recommend Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston!
We've had Maid Brigade for many years now. We have them come every 2 weeks. We are very happy with the cleaning they do. It is not always the same crew, but they are always very friendly, professional, and they do an excellent job. It is also very easy to contact them to make changes to your cleaning schedule if you will be out of town, or any other event that requires a change. They text us the day before to remind us they are coming, and they text again when they are about 10 minutes away from our house. We highly recommend Maid Brigade.
