They came to clean my apartment today. There were 2 maids and it tooks about 1 hour. The fee was reasonable but they left my dialysis bags on the kitchen counter. They did the dishes but they left them on the kitchen counter instead of putting it away. They also did not clean the pot on the stove thst has old rice in it instead they just put a lid on it. If they did not know, they could have called me like they did thst morning. Very disappointed. Will not use them avain

The staff was friendly, however, I’m not 100% satisfied with the end result…I think I expected more than what I got. I asked for a move in deep clean (specifically the baseboards and windowsills etc). The team missed portions of the baseboard and didn’t even wipe down the inside of the drawers first time. They did came back after I called them and cleaned the kitchen well, but the baseboards were still dirty. Not sure if they’re not equipped to handle this, or if I misinterpreted what a deep clean for a move in was…but I assumed a cleaning service would have taken care of this considering the service was about $480. The house isn’t new, but I expected to see clean baseboards and not food stains and dusty corners after cleaners came by. They did do a wonderful job on the light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms. Other than the baseboards, they’re a good service.

I lost my housekeeper of 24 years in mid February and had not been able to find a replacement. I was hesitant about a service but Maid Brigade came recommended from a friend. The house was long overdue for a “heads to tail” if you well cleaning. They did not disappoint. They cleaned every surface - moved items and did a deep cleaning. I paid a little extra but it was money well spent!!!

Excellent customer service and cleaning! They have been cleaning our home for over a year now and it has been top notch. I love the notifications before they arrive and after they are done. They do an amazing job getting our busy household to sparkle! They are flexible if I need to change the day - highly recommend

We have used Maid Brigade for a long time - maybe 15 years! During all this time, they have helped us at more than one home and even at our business. You could say we are very satisfied customers! The crew is always polite and thorough and I really appreciate the ease with which we can communicate details or changes with the office. It’s always a good day when we come home after Maid Brigade was there!
