I hired this company specifically for a move-in ready cleaning, which explicitly included restroom cleaning and mopping. Unfortunately, those services were poorly done and some not done at all. When I inspected the home after the cleaning, I found obvious proof the bathrooms had not been cleaned — including an old razor cap still sitting in the shower. I immediately reported the issues and provided photos as evidence. The entire reason I scheduled the service for that day was because I was moving in and needed the home properly cleaned beforehand. A “we can come back Monday” response is completely unacceptable when the service was agreed and paid for as move-in ready cleaning to be completed that same day. Once you’ve already moved in, the urgency and purpose of the service are gone. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability and customer service afterward. The owner refused to speak with me directly and eventually stopped responding altogether. Their only solution was either: 1. A credit for another cleaning on a different day, or 2. Nothing. At that point, the service had already failed its purpose. Offering to clean later does not fix the inconvenience, stress, and extra work caused by not delivering what was promised when it mattered most. I genuinely feel misled by the company’s claims and extremely disappointed in how this was handled. If your timeline or situation actually matters, especially for a move-in, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Wow!!!!!! First time using this cleaning service and I am extremely impressed. I was out of town for a month and had a guest stay over and left a huge mess and I called this company and when I came home from work, I entered my apartment like it was the first day I moved in. It smells amazing and everything was vacuumed and clean. I am extremely impressed with the quality and the price I will definitely be using this service again thank you you to the team who cleaned my crazy apartment. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The cleaning crew exceeded my expectations! Not only did they do a thorough and detailed job, but the ladies also had such great energy and were a pleasure to have around. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything looked and felt clean. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dear Management, First of all, I would like to appreciate your management team. You communicated very professionally and politely with us. However, we are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided today. We had clearly explained yesterday that this was a move-in cleaning, and we expected proper deep cleaning of all rooms, windows, blinds, kitchen, bathrooms, and other important areas. We also paid in advance for two ladies for three hours. Unfortunately, this was definitely not deep cleaning. One of the ladies was mostly passing time, working very slowly, and ignoring many important areas. The second lady worked better and made some effort, but overall the cleaning was not completed properly. The windows and blinds were not cleaned well, and many main areas were left untouched. Most of the time was spent only in the bathroom and kitchen, and after three hours they simply said their time was finished and they had to leave. We understand this may not be the company’s direct fault, but we are not satisfied with the two workers who came today. We kindly request you to review this matter and provide a fair solution, because the service we received was not the actual move-in deep cleaning. Thank you.
