Not enough stars!! 🤩 Curtis & trainee Robert with Quality Plumbing did excellent work, were fast, and kept us on budget even though plumbing in our old house is notoriously tricky. Curtis was knowledgeable and willing to work with us mid-DIY project, he even took the time to explain how to move forward once their work was done, which we greatly appreciate. Both were friendly, and not pushy to add on additional services, which is great when you're on a tight budget. They were one of the best quotes we received for the project and they more than met our expectations. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but I really feel like we got much more than our money's worth with Curtis & Rob from Quality Plumbing!!

Dan and Dawlton are absolutely amazing to work with. Dan handled the scheduling for my project and was so easy to work with. He accommodated my schedule like no other company would. Dawlton was the technician who did the work and he made absolutely certain that we were happy with the work and that there were no leaks. All in all to keep this shorts I’d highly recommend that anyone looking for a plumber use Quality Plumbing.

Contacted Quality Plumbing and described exactly what we needed done: install a water softener (that I had already purchased) and install a new faucet. They responded and said they understood. The tech would arrive when scheduled. We took off work for the installation. The day arrived; it was a Friday, and the technician showed up. He looked around and stated that he had a few appointments prior to mine (it was 10:30 am), and he was out of supplies to complete the work... including installing the faucet!!?? He rescheduled for a week later. A week later came. Quality Plumbing contacted me and stated that we should change our date because they scheduled us for a Holiday and costs would be much higher. I thanked them and rescheduled. (Tuesday, 8-12) The day arrived, and 12:00 pm came and went. We contacted them. Oops... they forgot to put us on their books.. The entire experience was frustrating and absolutely unprofessional. I called Anthony's. They came out 2 hours after we called and completed the project in just a few hours. I don't know how this company has 5 stars... but my experience barely gives them a one. You can try your luck and maybe risk posting a review like mine, or go to someone a bit more trustworthy.

We went with Quality Mechanical to replace our HVAC system. Joe was able to walk us through the whole process, understanding our needs. He was able to get us into a system that meet those needs while not breaking the bank. Will and Jack did an amazing job getting our system installed quickly. We've used Quality Plumbing in the past, but it is nice to know that same care and craftmanship can be found for our HVAC system.

Quality Plumbing was great! I would definitely recommend working with them and if I have any other projects then I will be calling them up again. Chad came out and gave the free estimate, was very open about pricing, and was quick with communicating the needed insurance for my HOA. A few days later he was able to come out and install my new sink. He was very prepared and had the knowledge to deal with any hiccups that came up so the job still did not take long. High quality work for a decent price.
