Female veteran here. Spent almost $800 in plants, etc in Garden Area. (In just one day.. also spent almost $400 in Lowe’s garden center the day before) It took 3 flat carts just to haul it all out. I had to ask Noah to at least help me roll two of my carts away from the cash register/checkout spot. That was all he would do. Neither Jessie nor Noah asked me once if I needed help loading it into my truck. ( And they could have!) Instead, they just watched. Any other nursery would have absolutely helped. Shameful!!! 👎👎

So sad to bring down the Hurst location with this review because the people we dealt with were absolutely great Now, our history is with delivery, a few years ago we were to get a delivery of some articles. We were told 5 days. After 5 weeks we were told a few days. Very disappointed Not to the current issue. We paid for patio set June 28 (Sunday). It was to be delivered on the following Tuesday the 30th. That was verbal, but the receipt said 7/2. Ok, that’s messed up but not exactly something to gripe about. The delivery info was communicated to us on Monday that it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm At 7:50 it was not here and did not arrive at all. So communication was that it would come on the 3rd. No such thing happened. Latest is supposed to be tomorrow 6th. We’ll see I can’t complain about the communication except it has not been correct. I will never purchase anything to be delivered from any Lowe’s without a penalty clause. Basically, tell me when, then we can agree on punishment for non delivery. Ok I’m quite sure that would not happen. I’m convinced it is their way of doing business. They got their money. We get our wait… Until they decide to deliver My suggestion is if it’s not at the store. Don’t give em a dime!

We went in looking for paints and Kevin helped us out going above and beyond with his customer service. He was making sure that the amount of paint would be enough, that we had the tools, and how far the quality of the rollers would take us. Overall an absolute delight to work with 10/10

I accompanied by Pitmaster Husband to Lowe’s searching for Bear Mountain Tailgate pellets that were on clearance (in store only). We first went to the Lowe’s Keller location. They searched for them however could not locate. So the guy helping us searched other locations. We were told that the Hurst location had 27 in stock. So we drove there (20 minutes). My husband went to the area in which they normally are. We didn’t see any so we asked the nearest worker. The older gentleman (standing right next to bear mountain) stated he never heard of that brand. So he said to try Aisle 38! Nothing was there so we asked another worker. After speaking with my husband he said ok, it shows we have 16. He asked that we stay where we were while he tried to locate. After 15 minutes, he was unable to find! Next issue, he then looked for a particular seasoning. It showed they were in stock. It took 3- different employees to try to locate where the item was. It was finally found mixed up with the overhead boxes of ortho products! Here’s my frustration: * Gas prices are $4/gallon. We wasted time going to the other store searching for an item they can’t locate. * Inventory is dysfunctional. * Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Only one employee actually made an attempt to assist! This location needs to do better

I bought my whirlpool dishwasher here on Friday and it was delivered on Monday!! My installation went perfectly, Daniel was the installer. He did an excellent job!!! I was very impressed!!! I would buy from here again in the future when replacing my refrigerator and microwave/oven combo unit, also my glass cook top!!!
