My review is long overdue, As Dignified Home Health Care Agency has been taking care of my father for many years. We have never had any concerning issues with his care. Mr. Telly, the office, and the skilled nursing staff are very compassionate, caring, patient, and professional. I appreciate how they routinely call in to see how my dad is doing. They also make sure he has everything he needs whenever there is a weather alert that could affect his health. I very highly recommend Dignified Home Health Care Agency for a loved one, as they always go over and beyond.

Dignified Nursing Home Health Care Agency is an exquisite company to work with. Patient centered and communication is extraordinary. You always get someone on the phone right away if you needed assistance from the field, they don’t let you hanging. Prompt with communication at all times. Compassionate staff all around in the office and in the field. Very professional demeanor noted by everyone, the administration is easy to reach and very helpful at all times. Their response to this pandemic has been absolutely amazing which started by the office staff checking on the patient's wellness and sending all needed PPE including hand sanitizers and face masks by mail. There is genuine sense that everyone cares in this agency and I attest to that.

The care and knowledge she brings to our parents home every week is remarkable. She is personable, professional and best of all knows how to manage our beloved 96 year old “Papa”.
