Just recently moved to Winston Salem and a friend referred me to Wall Turner originally for servicing my AC in my new house. They did a great job so I purchased their extended service plan for 3 years. Then I decided to upgrade my dryer duct which they easily did. I also realized that my water heater was almost 30 years old and Im pretty sure it was never serviced. They gave me a fair price with excellent professional installation and service. I will always refer Wall Turner and always render their services when needed. Thank you for making my transition to Winston Salem easy without having to worry these projects. 8-1-2025: just had Ben come by for service maintenance on my HVAC. As always excellent service. The best part is that they call you to schedule. No stress. Thank you!!

They came out Thursday July 3rd supposedly fixed our air conditioner. We left for lake. Returned on Sunday July 6th found our home over 100 degrees and both our cats dead. They did come out and temporarily fix the problem. Paid for us a room and came back Monday and put in new thermostat and a new pipe for water to drain at no charge. Why didn’t this happen on Thursday? Guess they were in a rush to start a long weekend! My cats should have never had to suffer a long terrible death. It was so hot that they had started to decay it’s Tuesday July 8th and that smell is still in the house. If you have animals in house I would not buy anything from them. It’s now July 12 we are at my husband’s family reunion and get a call from my grandson who came and stayed with my dog at our house that the air is off. Husband checks app and sure enough so they hang up and husband calls Wall-Turner and lets them know it’s off. They come out. Grandson tells them to call my husband. He does. Tells us ( phone is on speaker phone because we are driving down road to get home) husband asked what was wrong. Tech saids who ever put the new pipe in left a screw loose. When we got home I checked to see how the tech wrote it up. It didn’t say one thing about a loose screw. The techs that work for this company are liars and don’t know what they are doing! If you use this company you are crazy!!! Please find another one!

These folks are fantastic. They installed our unit a couple of years ago tying it to the old drain pipe. It goes out on our first week of heatwaves. We'll, it got clogged somewhere and kept malfunctioning at the safety switch. They came right away, installed a new drain pipe and was covered under warranty. They are good to their word, kept me informed and were all so professional. Thank you

I highly recommend this company for your HVAC services. I started having issues with my oil furnace earlier this winter that required a few visits. Their customer service team including the receptionist did a great job in addressing all my concerns. Jonah, the technician was very thorough in completing the final repairs. The owner of the company, Mr. Scott Bennett, also came out midway through the job and after the final completion. They will definitely go that "extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied with their service.

I have been a Wall-Turner customer since 1990. I have consistently been pleased with the products that they have sold, installed and maintained. Their routine service is outstanding, and their emergency service has been always very responsive. Since August of 2017, the new unit has internet connectivity and they can now approach service issues remotely, having a great deal of information even before arriving at my house when there is a problem. I remain a happy customer.
