We recently purchased a property in Merton Park through Hawes and Co Broadway and had a brilliant service throughout. From our first viewing at the property to the day of completion, Kav was there to answer any questions we had, quickly accommodated dates for surveys and was fast at getting back to us and liaising with the sellers. We felt the whole team at Hawes and Co always dealt with us with honesty and respect - rare traits in the house buying process! I have just had a fantastic experience with Hawes & Co purchasing a property in the South Wimbledon area. The entire purchasing process was handled very professionally including the viewings, ensuring various questions were answered promptly by the seller and making sure updates on the chain were passed through accurately and efficiently. Kav was brilliant and I highly recommend him if you are buying a property with him. Paul was also just as helpful especially as we got to the point of exchange.
