I went in to buy a generator and Mark took the time to really understand what I needed. No overselling, no pressure — just honest, practical advice from someone who clearly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right call. Left feeling confident in the purchase and appreciated the experience just as much as the product.
