I have had 10 very positive years of working with Hamptons Wimbledon both as a buyer and seller as well as landlord. The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village. My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos. He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down. Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later. Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale. Dealing with grief, the sale and emptying of a family home and probate felt overwhelming at times, but I felt fully supported by the Hamptons Team. Thank you!

I rented a flat through Hamptons Wimbledon for more than 3 years. The provided service was exceptional. The team are highly customer-oriented, professional and honest. Hamptons team led the process fast, smooth and hustle free for both a landlord and us as a tenant. If something was not clear for us we just asked and every tiny detail was explained explicitly well. Even though I’m not renting a flat anymore, I recently asked for a historical record of our previous tenancy. Once again, the team was lightning fast with their help and kindhearted support.
