Just completed on a sale (as the seller) via Hamptons at Clapham. They stuck with it through two collapsed sales (no fault of theirs), and got me a very strong final offer. Of three local agents I approached, they offered the lowest % fee and valued the property the highest (10% higher than some) and as it turns out, the most accurately. Ryan gave some fantastic advice on the staging that made a significant difference and they were upfront with suggestions. I dealt primarily with Bella, Sophie and Joe, all of whom were kind and gracious throughout, despite the long process. Thanks guys, really appreciate your efforts.

Oliver Brooks made all the difference! After 7 weeks and roughly 30 agents searching for a 4-5 bed family rental, Oliver Brooks at Hamptons stood out completely. He started by actually listening — to our needs, our kids, schools, commute — instead of just pushing listings. He went further than any agent we met: filming video walkthroughs on his own time, helping us think through schools, and checking in over weekends without being asked. We ultimately didn’t complete with Hamptons, through no fault of his — but Oliver kept the same level of care right to the end. He’s now our first call for any future move, and our default recommendation to friends in South West London. I recently reached out to Hamptons in order for them to help me find a rental property, the service was exceptional. They were able to provide me with a variety of properties in reference to what I wanted. As well as this they had a great deal of knowledge and any queries and concerns I had they were able to offer me answers and reassurance. The whole team was amazing but a special shout out to Lucy and Salvatore who ensured I had the best experience possible. Would definitely recommend.
