I got highlights for the very first time and was honestly so nervous walking in, but Lorraine made me feel comfortable straight away. She was unbelievably welcoming - even offered refreshments - and took the time to talk me through everything so I felt completely at ease. The whole atmosphere of the salon felt so homely and calming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, and the experience itself was just as amazing. I'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing service all the staff are lovely I always have such a wonderful experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome. My hair always turns out exactly how I want it, Lorraine always does a fantastic job. They truly provide amazing service every single time. Oh my god, I’m in love with my brows! Highly recommend Lorena Garcia-Luque, she did a perfect eyebrow perm and a lash lift and tint and I will be rebooking again before my holiday 🏝️ Haven’t let anyone touch my eyebrows in ten years, was super worried about letting anyone near me, Lorena was so kind and professional. We spoke several times before I booked my appointment about what I was after, she really understood my anxiety around getting the shape right for my face, and encouraged me to relax during the treatment. I felt very safe and trusted her 100%, my natural brow shape really compliments my face and I’m really glad I got over my fear of getting a treatment in a salon!
