You know when you get your hair cut and you just want to cry? That's what I got. Asked for a style and was told I couldn't do it with my hair. Showed her a photo of me with the hairstyle, nope, still couldn't do it. I left with the opposite of what I wanted. Went to another hairdressers 2 days later and got exactly the style I was told that I couldn't get! I'm a private person, so I use my middle name, which is why you didn't find me on your system. But I can assure you I was a client. I did go in to the salon the next day and spoke to a woman at the desk about my hair. I showed her how it was longer on one side and how I had a large, random chunk taken out on the other. There was no acknowledgement from her as to the state of my hair, you didn't have to be a hairdresser to see it. Her response was non committal, but she suggested I come back in and have it rectified, I declined. I have never left a bad review before, but I paid good money to get a bad haircut that I didn't want, and I'm annoyed.

i had a consultation with Alex and absolutely loved it, for the first time with my hair i felt as though i was actually being listened to, i then had a hair cut with Ava and hair wash with another lovely lady who i didn’t get the name of but she gives amazing massages almost fell asleep, Ava did an absolutely gorgeous job on my hair and I love it. Thank you so much girls ❤️

Went in right off making a last min appointment. Saw Billie. She blew me away! Asked me lots about my hair and what i wanted. I have shaggy long hair and a fringe. She really took the care with me! Cant recommend her and the staff enough! (really reasonably priced too!) ill be back for sure. You should too!

My mum and I have been seeing Georgia since her and Jemma opened Hairfolk and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our hair! (I did and Georgia had to fix it). She is an absolute wizard and nails every haircut, even when we don’t quite know what we want to do with it ourselves and our hair has never been healthier. I recently also used Georgia for my wedding and she nailed it! Our wedding date revolved around her availability as I wouldn’t have had anyone else do our hair. Her attention to detail and pure skill and talent is second to none and she created masterpieces with little direction - we just chatted it through and she made it happen to absolute perfection. Georgia even managed to please the hardest customer of all (my 83 year old grandma).

I have been coming to Hairfolk for years, and they have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and happy. I always leave feeling so happy with my hair, and l always love the experience. Thank you for always taking such good care of me. All the staff at Hairfolk are lovely and accommodating and just wonderful, lovely people. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend if you want lovely hair and lovely service. xx
