Having being a tenant under Haart for 4 years and moving to a new property management agency, do I now realise how incompetent they are. Never call back when you have an important question, lost the rent twice, sent me arrears letters twice for the wrong reasons, gave me the wrong amount of final rent to pay for the flat and totally disorganised. Avoid at all costs, especially if you aren’t confident in your landlord. I now live in a property managed by Foxtons and can easily say Haart are total cowboys.

I had a great experience with Haart Wimbledon. Quincy Oyet, the Lettings Negotiator, was extremely helpful and attentive while helping me view properties. He was professional, patient, and made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend reaching out to Quincy if you’re looking for a place.

I let my property with Bradley at Haart Wimbledon Letting office and found him to be very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to return calls and emails and very helpful and timely sorting out any problems. I thoroughly appreciate all his work and highly recommend him if you wish to let out your property.

I let a property through Haart Wimbledon recently. The service provided was very friendly and helpful overall. I did get frustrated once or twice in the process when I felt they didn't advise us of other options when we encountered some challenges and I found myself having to rely on Chtgpt to find them. Nevertheless, I found the those who helped us in particular Perdita Carter - Rowe were really kind and cared a lot.
