Great experience with Jack at the Grays team! After we reached out on Rightmove he got us into the property the very same day, negotiated painting of the house, got the offer accepted and a holding deposit paid within 24 hours! He has been super quick and patient with all our questions and getting references and super supportive! We are all signed now and so excited to be moving. Jack from Greys Residential was incredibly helpful during a very stressful period in my life. I had to move out within just over two weeks, and even when he got lost trying to find the property, he waited until my partner and I arrived and gave us a full tour. He was fast, transparent, and clear with every step of the renting process. He patiently waited for my workplace to confirm my start date and reassured me throughout. He has been my direct point of contact whenever anything has come up, and since moving in at the end of February, everything has been peaceful. Truly grateful for his support.

Horrible agents. We were promised a 12 month contract that would go to a rolling contract after with 2 months mutual resignation, and heavily implied we could stay on the same contract after that. When 10 months had passed they told us that we either need to sign for 12 more months at a 6,67% increase (WAY ABOVE INFLATION) or they would kick us out. Use ANYONE else! When we moved out it was clean, but they wanted 100 pounds of the deposit for "light cleaning of floors" (their words). We argued both that it was clean, and that cleaning would cost around 30 pounds. They then changed it to "Professional cleaning with carpet steaming". Bear in mind that we had already paid a deposit on another apartment, so we are unable to negotiate because we then needed the original deposit back fast. I can not urge you more to find anyone else.

I have been dealing and using Gray residential since 2023 on Rental side absolutely top class they have been extremely helpful all time not a single issues , very professional team abd was the right choice.
