Shaun came to service my water tank and identified one of the pumps wasn’t working and causing my boiler to fire when it wasn’t needed. Thanks to Shaun’s expert knowledge he’s saved me wasting gas. I’d raised the issue of my gas usage with another plumber a year previously only to be told it was fine. I’m ever so grateful that he’s been able to finally track down a problem.
Shaun is a very honest and capable heating engineer. I asked him to come and quote for a new condensing boiler and instead he fixed the one I had. 2 different companies told me I needed a new boiler and I had previously spent hundreds of pounds on new parts to no avail. I highly recommend Shaun.
