I’ve had such a wonderful experience as a tenant with garton jones and most importantly this wouldn’t have been possible without the one and only, Charlotte. Charlotte was wonderful from A to Z really. I have had an excellent experience working with Charlotte as my property manager. She is professional, responsive, and always willing to help whenever any questions or issues arise. Communication has been clear and efficient, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent while renting my flat in Battersea that I felt compelled to leave a proper review. Everyone at Garton Jones is always super nice and accommodating. We have been renting from them over 4 years and they always been on top of everything regarding resident’s requests and enquires. For example once our washing machine was broken and we had to wait for a new one to arrive, they kindly offered to use their staff machine which was highly appreciated and felt like they are going the extra mile. The office itself is also open to clients and they are always very welcoming there especially, Luke, Charlotte, Lisa, Ramesh and Richard.😊😊 Thank you for always being there for us!
