Benjamin’s service has been excellent and reliable! I know my lawn is cared for and he goes above and beyond, even so far as to remove a dead limb from our tree that had partially fallen. We appreciate all the hard work he and his team do!
My pro Marco was a complete life saver! He got my yard cleaned up and cut quickly and no hassle! He explained the process so I understood and answered all my little questions! When I was in a pinch and needed it done quickly he showed up and got it done right away! I am so thankful for this service! It’s nice to know help is simple one hassle free click away! The only reason why I am writing it a four star is because it took them 3 days to come out because they kept rescheduling my appointment to a new day. Contacting them was a bit hard and they would tell me they were coming out on Monday and they were schedule it to Tuesday then they did the same thing when they rescheduled me till Wednesday and then once more to a Thursday by this time I was frustrated. Then on that Thursday they said they were coming at 10:00 a.m., they didn't get there till after 2:00 p.m. Now once the work was done it looked fantastic.
I’ve used other lawn services in the past. This company has been consistent. Others would often need to reschedule or didn't have enough staff to provide service. They are thorough and quick. They have always been respectful of my property. I pay a little more for the service, but it has been worth it.
LawnStarter does good job at maintaining my lawn through regular lawn mowing services and on-demand bush trimming. I also requested them to do a clean up of my garden for next month.
