I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. After standing me up for our initial meeting, I waited for hours without anyone contacting me. A day or two later they apologized, asked for a second chance, and asked me to remove my original review and post a new one instead. I agreed because I wanted to give them the opportunity to make things right. Once work began, the patio extension was completed quickly and initially looked good. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. The patio does not drain correctly. Water collects in two low spots near the middle instead of draining away as it should. Around the perimeter, concrete overflowed beneath the forms, leaving hardened concrete along the edges of the slab. After contacting the company multiple times, they eventually returned, but instead of removing the excess concrete they simply covered much of it with sod. The replacement sod also doesn't match the existing grass in my backyard. The cleanup was equally disappointing. I spent over an hour removing hardened concrete from my lawn and from around the edges of the patio because it had been left behind after the job. I also found trash throughout my yard, including water bottles and drink cans left behind by the crew. The patio itself appears structurally sound, but the poor drainage, lack of attention to detail, and cleanup issues completely overshadowed the experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better workmanship and professionalism. I've attached photos so others can judge the quality of the finished work for themselves before making a decision.

Ricardo and Jay… the perfect combo for our landscaping project to design, scope, fine tune and execute! Such depth and breadth of knowledge and expertise; great vision, and so accommodating to our goals and limitations. This is my 2nd project using them and I couldn’t be happier. Amazing work, and great pricing as well! Not only did they oversee the work from start to finish, but they rolled up their sleeves to lead by example. You can tell they love what they do!

We contacted Byron’s to transform our front entry and backyard, and the finished result exceeded all our expectations! From our first meeting with Jay, we knew they were the right company for the job. Jay and Ricardo were fantastic to work with, as was their entire crew of hardworking professionals. They were responsive, quick to address any concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. Our yard has been completely transformed into a space we now love spending time in, and we’ve already received so many compliments from our neighbors! One of the best parts about working with Byron’s is their all-in-one service — fencing, concrete, irrigation, landscaping, turf installation, and more. Thank you, Jay and Ricardo and the entire team at Byron’s for enhancing our home. It’s absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use Byron’s for future projects!

I recently called Byron's Landscaping for a quote to upgrade some landscaping in our yard. The response was very quick. The team leader Jay came up with some good ideas based on what we were looking for. Jay was very knowledgeable with all of the questions that I had. I received a quotation the same day and was satisfied with the price. The work commenced the next day. The crew was very good, and all were very busy getting the work done. The landscaping turned out great. My wife and I were very pleased. We will definitely contact Byron's Landscaping the next time we need work done.

Byron's Landscaping does truly exquisite work! They are professional and respond quickly. I had them completely renovate my townhouse garden, and this new garden is even more amazing than my husband and I had imagined! I am over-the-moon with happiness about the results! Every detail exceeded my expectations. Special recognition goes to their horticulturist, Jay. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He has that rare combination of scientific knowledge combined with an artist's eye for color, composition, and detail. He and his team really brought the magic! My neighbors are all stopping by to comment on the exceptional beauty of my new garden. Jay arranged it so that we will have different flowers cycling through the seasons. Can't wait for the camellias and the gardenias to bloom! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A zillion stars!
