My experience with Sales Rep Jason L., was professional and rewarding. He was diligent in his assistance and went to the store manager, on my behalf, with positive results. My red, Haven Point 2-power recliner was delivered today and I love it. 👍💯
Don’t buy this crap!!! Husband and I spent over 2,600 on Drew and Jonathan reclining sofa and chair. After 14 months, the left side would not recline. I sent an email to RTG and they said because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, that I would need to get somebody else to fix the problem. Let just say that my husband is in his 70’s and I am in my 60’s…no grandchildren bouncing on the sofa so unless my 9lb chihuahua is doing something nefarious while we are gone…this furniture is total crap!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Richard is an amazing salesperson. I myself being in the sales profession can respect the no pressure sales approach. He let us know he was there for any of our needs but allowed us our space to shop at our pace and discover what we liked and disliked. He was very thorough, informative and thoughtful. He has a great personality. The manager Paul was there for any of Richard’s needs or assurances to finalize the sale. It was so refreshing to work with a professional, upfront, no pressure and honest salesman. Thank you Ricard and Paul for all your help. We look forward to our new living room set.
As soon as I walked in, Ross was there to greet me. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I was shopping for a new bedroom suit and a new couch. I had already done some research online, but still had questions. I was in and out in about an hour with everything I wanted. He was super accommodating regarding delivery scheduling. He made my experience fantastic. It didn’t feel like a chore. It was like 2 people talking about options and preferences. Highly recommend.
Went in with my daughter to shop for a new mattress.What I wasn’t expecting was the amazing service provided by your awesome Brent! He was a gracious gentleman who did not rush us, answered all of our many questions and walked with us to try every possible option. We left without buying that day…. Had a few questions that he did not hesitate to answer….even when I disturbed him on his day off! Brent made this process SUPER easy and give us the best DEAL. No fast talking. No games.
