From the first phone call the staff treated us with extraordinary kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Our family had a different situation and they went above and beyond to help us work through it. Their genuine empathy helped ease some of the stress and heartbreak that comes with losing a loved one. We can say without a doubt that they care and will go the extra mile to help in any situation! We would highly recommend them and they truly deserve more then 5 stars!
Zach and his team were absolutely wonderful during one of the most difficult times in my life. From the very first conversation, Zach was kind, warm, and genuinely sympathetic — he made an overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We needed my mom transported to New Jersey for her wake and funeral, and Zach handled every detail with professionalism and care. The funeral home in NJ even complimented the quality of his team’s work, which meant so much to us. Throughout the entire process, Zach was helpful, patient, and reassuring. My family and I are truly grateful for everything he did.
I unfortunately have had to use the services of this funeral home twice in the past 3 years and each time they have been wonderful to work with. It’s a small funeral home and everyone was so kind and supportive. Thank you to everyone for making me feel like family at these difficult times.
We recently lost a family friend. His arrangements were made with Gallaher American Family Funeral Home. Ashley was extremely helpful to the family, and had to coordinate with family members that were overseas and local. She made sure that everything was tied together perfectly. Her expertise was very much appreciated. The family was very pleased with the entire process.
