Our experience with Errin was for preplanning only. We were not in a rush to find just the right spot. But he still gave us the upmost attention in their busy office. I wanted a top tier level community mausoleum, and Errin understood the importance for me to be as close to the sky as possible. He never questioned me, and never tried to upsell me to a lower crypt. He simply listened to my request and gave me a few choices. After viewing all the spots available in person, we started the paperwork immediately. Our transaction was smooth and complete in one meeting. Errin was personable and witty. We appreciated the lightheartedness during planning one's final resting place. Also, I wanted to add that the convenience of financing is really appreciated. We can rest assured that our space is secured while paying at a rate we are comfortable with.

Thank you so much for every one who was involved in my Aunt’s home going. I want to say thank you on behalf of my family and myself to the team that took care of my Aunt during her transition. Thank you for how much you have helped my mom during this process. I want to honor Craig Barber, Jessica Martin, and those who were involved in supporting my family during this hard time. You all and your team have given my family and my late Aunt such honor, respect, and support and executed all of my late Aunt and my family’s wishes as we laid my Aunt to rest. You all are such a blessing to my family and I can’t say thank you enough. I pray that the Lord would bless you all and your family and that He will encounter you all and restore, reconcile, and redeem all of your souls.

Brian Veras helped us, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was thorough, prompt to reply, and most importantly, extremely compassionate. We, fortunately, have never done this before but Brian made this very important step in the process a breeze. This organization is lucky to have him, and I recommend Ft. Kudos to Brian Wancik at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens for helping my family out with every detail involving the interment of a family member. He was professional, empathetic and understanding, thorough, and communicated with us every step of the way - all very important to us as we were making the arrangements 2000 miles away. I just wanted to thank Mr. Craig Barber for helping me through a very difficult time when my father passed away recently. He made the experience very comfortable and stress-free, guiding me through the process. He was very understanding, professional, compassionate and attentive to my needs. He went over and beyond helping me with Veteran’s benefits, etc. along the way. Mrs. Keli Clark assisted me at times as well, and she was very kind and easy to work with also.
