i recently entrusted Charlotte Memorial with my mother’s cremation, and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care and professionalism I experienced during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, the staff was compassionate, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to clearly explain the cremation process, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt supported every step of the way. Their sensitivity and understanding helped ease some of the emotional burden I was carrying. The arrangements were handled with dignity and efficiency, and it was evident that they genuinely care about the families they serve. They made a challenging process feel more manageable by guiding me through each decision without pressure, always respecting my wishes and honoring my mother’s memory. Their professionalism, combined with genuine compassion, made a lasting impression on me. While this was an incredibly difficult experience, Charlotte Memorial provided comfort and reassurance when I needed it most. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a caring and respectful team for cremation arrangements.

The people there are really fantastic. Very compassionate and understanding. They went above and beyond to make things as easy and convenient as possible for me . They didn’t just take care of my mother they take care of me too . From helping with the process to providing critical information after the fact . They were there every step of the way , not pushing, helping as much or as little as I requested. I couldn’t imagine having to go through that without there help .

All I can say is thank you, thank you! Bill, David and staff did an amazing job for my brother Anthony's funeral service and burial. They were very detailed with all that needed to be done and gave a breakdown in cost as well. The funeral home itself is very up to date and modern. Beautiful inside and out. Most important my brother was prepared very nicely and looked handsome as he always was. I will be forever grateful for everything. God bless them.

We had only rode by Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and had never gone in to look at the facility until my husband passed away suddenly. The facility is close to our home, so the children and I decided to see if this is where we wanted to hold his service and place him. We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. The place is well kept, well appointed, comfortable and really beautiful. Bill and Dave met with us (they each have different roles there) and showed compassion and understanding for our difficult decisions. They were not pushy and were open to help us with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home. I visit there several times a week now. Thank you Bill and Dave!
