Very good experience! We had previously contacted many estate agents that didn’t seem to understand our price range or what we wanted, but Alfie Gallagher was amazing! He drove us round to see many places and reached out immediately if a new property came on that he thought we would like. He ended up getting us a lovely flat we are super happy with, thanks Alfie!! 😊

I’ve never met a team that was as unprofessional as the team working at Foxtons, and especially Foxtons Battersea. We rented a property with them, until our landlady decided to put the property up for sale. When we were renting, we didn’t have major issues, the turnover at the company is crazy though and they would never info us when the property manager would change. When the flat was put up for sale, we were told that the viewings would be accommodating around our schedule, as we were two girls living together and didn’t feel comfortable giving a spare key to a sales team made mostly of men, and having strangers coming into our house when we were not there. We were also still paying full rent for the property at the time so were in the right to decline. As we had to go to the office quite often, it was difficult for us to have viewings at random hours during the day, but we always offered an alternative when we were unavailable. Foxtons didn’t like that so they threatened to evict us if we didn’t give them a spare key. Additionally, they would just not show up for viewings, and never tell us that the viewings were cancelled. Calvin Drysdale even read our private mail that was left in the entrance of the flat and asked us to take the letter down (it was a note from a neighbour thanking us for helping to deal with an issue in the building). Months later, they are still messaging us about not finding the key to the attic of the flat even though we told them multiple times that we never had access to the attic as tenants- it just shows how incompetent they are. I’ll recommend to anyone in London to never rent or buy with Foxtons !

I had a really positive experience with Calvin. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly understands the market well. I never felt rushed during viewings, and he took the time to answer all my questions properly. He also offered helpful design ideas and suggestions, which made it easier to visualise the potential of the property. Overall, he is a professional and approachable estate agent who genuinely seems to care about his clients. Thank you Calvin ( at Battersea branch of Foxtons)

Oliver A has been extremely helpful and patient throughout my whole experience with Foxton's Battersea. He was very knowledgable about the property, was available and prompt to answer questions at all times and was extremely efficient in sorting out any queries that arose. I would definitely suggest using his and Foxton's services.
