My wife and I visted multiple stores, before selecting our flooring. We ended up at Houston Flooring Warehouse, the selection was great, and prices beat the big box store prices. Stephen Myles was our sales associate. He was well versed and helped us not only pick our flooring but also install it. We picked a hand scraped dark hardwood flooring that looks beautiful. He went above and beyond. He personally came out and measured to make sure we weren't wasting money by over purchasing. Then again to inspect after the job was done. I highly recommend Houston Flooring Warehouse and Mr. Myles. Trust me they will take care of you like your family.
I’ve bought several times from these guys. I love them, my clients love them. Stephen Myles customer service goes beyond sales and experience. I’ve reached out to him many times for advice and instructions where I’ve had issues with installation. Stephen never hesitates to help although my communication is spotty.
