I would recommend Flooring by Patterson to anyone that is looking to have a project done. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience working with them. Brian is so knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to making sure that you get the best possible outcome. He went above and beyond any service provider I have ever worked with, and was there from start to finish with a level of support that is unmatched. He made the decision making process so easy and enjoyable, and the flexibility and turnaround time was unbelievable. Our project came through under budget and ahead of time, and the quality and professionalism is undeniable. We absolutely LOVE our new floors, and we can't wait to work with Flooring by Patterson again soon!
10/10 would recommend! Brian was super professional, organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. The hardwood floors were at a great value and Brian was super hands-on to ensure a high quality installation. The contractor doing the work, Jose, was also amazing. He was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and clean. Always arrived on time and cleaned up daily. His workmanship was top notch! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and would look forward to working with them again in the future.
After our home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey, I invited 6 different flooring companies to give us bids. Brian was unquestionably the most clear , the most professional and the most confidence inspiring person I interviewed. So we chose to work with him. We were not disappointed. He helped us explore and understand the various options, gave us very competitive pricing, and he and his team executed flawlessly, coordinating the installation with my general contractor . The natural bamboo floor we chose now looks spectacular! Highly recommended!
I can't even begin to say how hard Brian has worked around my insurance company in getting me a floor. He is such a pleasure to work with. It's like customer service from the "old days." On top of that, his crew was the best group I have ever worked with. I have had several floors installed, and his crew did the best job hands down. They were careful with my things, and the baseboards are a work of art. Thank you!
Brian did an outstanding job recommending a porcelain tile for our home. His professionalism and knowledge in helping us following the ice storm in Texas enabled us to get a better quality product for our home in a timely manner.
