I recently sold my one-bedroom flat through EO Estate Agents and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

EO estate agents, in particular Elle, Poppy and Kit, have been superb to work with. They’ve supported me in selling a flat in Wandsworth. It’s so nice and reassuring to work with a firm who genuinely care, are responsive, and honest and how best to navigate the troublesome process of property dealing. I always had confidence I could speak to them and that they would do what they said they would - not to be taken for granted! I’m very grateful to have worked with them and would recommend them to any prospective sellers.

We purchased a property through EO and they were fantastic. Poppy and Katherine managed the sale wonderfully, moving the chain forward all the time. The comparison between the large high-street agents I used to sell my flat is night and day and I wish we had used them for the sale now. We would recommend them for sure.

I’m not sure what to make of this, but it was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had of being shown around a flat. I was apprehensive about using an unheard of estate agent as I’ve always stuck to well known ones. All seemed good at first when speaking to Leanna who made me feel at ease with her chirpy regional dialect, but then the viewing.. Well, Leanna showed up on time and we went inside. The tenants were out and the property was exactly as it looked on the website, so no complaints there, but then she started helping herself to biscuits, saying “I won’t tell if you don’t”. It didn’t stop there.. she opened the fridge and started putting items in a plastic carrier bag. Not even anything of value - it was literally butter and eggs. I would have given 2.5 stars if I could, but as it was either 2 or 3 I opted for 2. It wasn’t a mediocre experience, and credit where it’s due for the property being nice, it was just incredibly odd. Needless to say I didn’t put in an offer.

Outstanding service from start to finish I had an excellent experience with this estate agency. Elle and Poppy were incredibly quick, proactive, and consistently chased up solicitors and all parties involved, which made a huge difference to the whole process. Communication was clear and timely, and they kept everything moving smoothly even when things could have slowed down. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism, the transaction progressed very well and completion was smooth and fast. Their commitment and attention to detail really stood out.
