As first-time buyers, we were a little nervous about the whole process, but Ellisons – and especially Darshill – made it so much easier than we expected. Our purchase did come with a few of the usual bumps in the road, but whenever an issue cropped up, Darshill was quick to step in, explain our options clearly, and help move things forward without delay.
