Amazing service through and through. I had issues at the house that needed to be fixed properly. Reuben did a THOROUGH assessment, gave recommendations without being pushy or salesy and explained everything. Even offered value options as alternates to save money while still offering a great finished product. Pricing was in line with others but I felt more comfortable moving forward with them after meeting with Reuben. In my case they were working alongside other trades and did an amazing job at coordinating with them and extending kindness and patience to me as hiccups on the renovation came up. Truly 5 stars isn’t enough for this group. Will definitely call them for any future electrical needs. You won’t be disappointed.
Needed help figuring out the best solution for a 100 amp main and charging a Tesla Model 3. Ruben knew exactly what he was doing. Listened to my concerns and found the best solution within my budget. Really great service after feeling like I was getting swindled by the larger national brands. Can’t thank y’all enough! Work performed: - replaced aging and improperly grounded NEMA 14-30 - ensured sub+main panel were grounded properly - installed reliable soft starter on AC unit.
Ruben was amazing! We had two rooms without electricity, so I made a few calls to see if someone could come out to our house in Spring Branch. They answered my after hours call and got me on the schedule for the next morning. Ruben diagnosed the issue quickly and clearly explained our problem. Smart Choice will be my electrician here in Houston moving forward. They were prompt, professional, experts and very reasonable on cost. He was thorough and did a great job. They handled the entire replacement safely, upgraded everything to code, and even cleaned up the work area better than they found it. My lights run smoother, no more tripping breakers, and I finally feel confident in the safety of my home’s electrical system. I highly recommend them for any electrical work!
