Called Frankie after 5pm last night with my AC completely out — and he was at my house within the hour. That kind of response time is rare, especially for an after-hours emergency, and it made all the difference. Not only did he diagnose and fix the AC quickly, but he also knocked out a toilet issue while he was here — adjusted the water level and replaced the flapper and cap without missing a beat. Two problems, one visit, fair pricing on both. Frankie was professional, friendly, and clearly knows his trade. Roman Plumbing and Air is now my go-to for both HVAC and plumbing — I can't recommend them highly enough!

When our air conditioner wasn't cooling properly, we called Roman Plumbing and Air to schedule an evaluation and tune-up. Within minutes of my call, I received a text confirming our appointment. Since our system was still operating, our appointment was scheduled a few days out, which was completely understandable. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I received a reminder text the day before our appointment, which was incredibly helpful in today's busy world. On the day of our appointment, I received another text letting me know our technician was on his way. The message included his name, photo, professional background, and even a few personal interests. I really appreciated this thoughtful touch—it made me feel much more comfortable knowing a little about the person who would be entering our home. The text also included a tracking link so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Our technician, Ralph, was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and resolved our issue. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. Throughout the visit, he spoke highly of Roman Plumbing and Air and shared how much he enjoys working for the company. It was refreshing to hear someone who truly appreciates their job and takes pride in the company they represent. Before leaving, he even gave us helpful tips to keep our AC running efficiently for years to come. After the service was completed, we received a follow-up text thanking us for our business and asking if we were satisfied with our experience. Now, two weeks later, we're sitting comfortably in our cool home and couldn't be happier that we chose Roman Plumbing and Air. Zak came out and fixed the valve that was leaking under our sink. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us several options and the price was affordable. Id definitely recommend this company.

Great experience with Roman. Mike did a great job - went the extra mile. I called for one issue. Gave 4 options to choose from before starting work, which really allows you to customize what you really want and need. Use Roman for sure!

This company is totally professional. They have experienced plumbers who are very knowledgeable and courteous. Elliot Lopez work was beautifully done. I never met a man so talented and dedicated to his work. If you need someone to fix your plumbing problems ask for Elliot Lopez.
