I am absolutely pleased with the service I received on my generac. Devan Lindsay was excellent. He clearly described the process outlining the work he would perform. He professionally and efficiently executed the work. He made sure the machine and work area looked better when completed than it did before he started. This attention to detail is what will drive this customer to become a repeat customer, and the excellent conversation was icing on the cake.

Juan Carlos was outstanding! Getting a service scheduled was quick and easy. Provided step-by-step explanation of everything that he did to service my generator. I wish all companies in Houston were this efficient and effective! Call them…you won’t be disappointed!

The DM Electrical team was outstanding. The team arrived promptly on time and performed all of the requested work in a timely and efficient manner. Both technicians were personable, courteous, and highly professional. It was a pleasure interacting with them as they clearly responded to our questions and we polite in engaging in random conversation. I won't hesitate to call on DM Electrical the next time I have an electrical issue.
