Luis, Daniel, and Alex make an amazing team! My issue started when my 80's main breaker refused to turn back on. They replaced two very old breaker panels and brought everything up to code. They worked 12 hours straight, including through the night over the weekend to ensure we got our power back. They coordinated with CenterPoint for the service disconnection and reconnection, taking the burden off of us, and they were extremely through labeling each breaker in the panel once they finished. They went above and beyond by patching drywall, removing unused telecommunications boxes from the house, and cleaning up old conduit runs to look better. They even sourced a few additional parts after all the major distributors had closed for the weekend when we ran into a few unforeseen issues with the electrical can. This team takes pride in their work, and they are very communicative with every change they plan to make. I wouldn't hire anyone else!
Sergio Salazar was very thorough explaining different options to move our house panel from the existing location to a new location. Great knowledge of electrical codes and COH requirements. We received quotes for different options and prices were more or less competitive with other companies. I liked the fact that he explained clearly how the work would be done and the time to get it done. Danny and Kike showed up to do the garage wiring and do the electrical connection to the house main panel. These guys were organized, fast and very knowledgeable, their service was outstanding and cleaned up the area after their work was done, I was very impressed, we are waiting for inspection now. I will definitely use A1 Plus Electrical for my next phase of remodeling in my house and I will ask for Danny and Kike to do the work.
The power at my job has gone out due to the weather that hit Kingwood last Friday. The building was without power in the back and Luis came late at night to help us out and fix the problem so we could open back up in the morning. Luis was the best and was extremely thorough, nice, and hardworking, we appreciated his service very much! He’s amazing!
Skylar did an outstanding job quickly diagnosing and then repairing our AC late at night. He is knowledgeable, smart, experienced and efficient. By far the best HVAC technician in the last 35 years easily. The lady dispatching was great too. Called and gave me updates. Answered the phone late Thursday and found a way to make it work. So grateful and an great experience with A1 Plus. While they are on the more expensive side they are professional and experienced. An excellent value.
