I had booked an appointment, as there was a short circuit issue in my property. I called the business and I had given short notice and it was also after business hours, but thankfully the team still came out to my property and was more than happy to assist. The team came to visit my property and provided friendly professional service, despite the short notice given. They we’re able to investigate and identify the root cause of the issue, then efficiently resolved the short circuit and ensured all electrical appliances we’re running smoothly after that. I received a high level of incredible customer service and the team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the team and would definitely rebook with them, if any future electrical issues arise. I have already recommended the business to all my friends and family! 10/10 service 🙂

Al’s service and knowledge is exemplary! Al has done a couple of jobs for us now, and each time he’s been prompt to reply; shared his knowledge and experience as he’s going; and provided really helpful advice on improvements and safety measures, which we are extremely thankful for. Excellent service from these guys! Al is kind enough to go the extra mile in accommodating our requests. Faraj is quick in fixing our lights and extra friendly. Kudos to these guys! Keep it up :)
